RETURNS


Thank you for shopping with Atelier Wolfson.

It is my wish for you to be satisfied. My art objects are hand crafted to last for years to come. I am committed to ensuring complete contentment with each of your purchases.  

At this time Atelier Wolfson does not accept returns and all sales are final. 

Atelier Wolfson is a small independent Art + Design Studio. I make limited editions and one-off pieces each year. My process is slow and I take extreme care with the quality and precision to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship. I operate on an intimate scale - making only a limited number of pieces each year. Everything is made to order and pre-order. I start to produce your order as soon as you place it. I immediately order materials from my carefully selected suppliers, especially for your unique and individual order to get the process in motion. For these reasons, all sales are final.   

ORDERS + DEPOSITS
If you change your mind after placing your order, I offer a limited time-frame of 24 hrs in which you can amend or cancel it.

Deposits are non-refundable, they confirm your commitment and are used to purchase materials and get the process in motion. In some special cases, if contacted within 24hrs of placing your order, we might be able to allocate your deposit to another style if for instance you would like a different style but in the same colour material as your original order. 

EXCEPTIONS/ RETURNS
Special circumstances that will be considered for a return include: items that are damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item. If eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and all enclosed documentation. In the unusual circumstances of receiving a wrong item, the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged - neither can the product. Otherwise it will NOT be possible to obtain a refund. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact Atelier Wolfson at studio@atelierwolfson.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returned item(s) must then be received by Atelier Wolfson within a further time period of 14 days in order for the refund to be processed. Item(s) received outside of this time frame will not be refunded. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Atelier Wolfson immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

REFUNDS
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund too.

All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.

Please ensure your item is returned to us with the appropriate amount of insurance and tracking, as we are not liable for item(s) which do not reach us.

Atelier Wolfson is not responsible for any returns that are delayed or for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please ensure that your postage insurance is appropriate for the value of item(s) sent.

Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
